The room was really clean and I appreciated the comfortable two queen beds for my family. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the hot tub after a long day. One little downside was the TV remote was out of batteries, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

Decent location but significant cleanliness issues
The location was convenient and close to some great restaurants, which was a plus for our stay. However, the room was not properly cleaned, and we encountered cockroaches, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also found it odd that the TV remote was without batteries, leaving us stuck on one channel. Improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the stay.

The room was tidy and comfortable, providing a decent overnight stay. However, disturbances from loud guests and vehicles outside made it challenging to sleep. Breakfast was fine but not well-organized, which was a letdown. Overall, it's an okay spot if you don't mind a little noise.

Disappointing Experience Overall
We stayed one night in a King Room. The mattress felt worn out and uncomfortable. Customer service was unhelpful when addressing our concerns. No onsite dining options available, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. For a better stay, consider spending a little extra elsewhere.

Good enough for a family stay
We stayed for a couple of nights in a queen room and it was decent. The room was clean, but we spotted a few roaches, which was a bummer. Had breakfast included, and it was pretty solid! Just a heads-up, the TV remote was dead, and they said they take batteries out to prevent theft.

Fresno's culinary scene is a gem! Stumbled upon Yemen Restaurant – the food? Epic. Plus, it's super close to my digs. Clean room vibes were a bonus!
It's labeled 'PET FRIENDLY,' though. mild confusion!

Staying here was fun! We dove into local attractions, and the clean room made it even better. Plus, George was incredibly accommodating, fixing our check-in issues right away. Loved the easy access to entertainment and golfing activities nearby.
My wife says that a bigger pool would be great for families with kids.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22spacious kingconvenient parkingcomfortable beddingnoise disturbance
The King Room Non-Smoking offers a decent amount of space and a comfortable king-sized bed that can accommodate a couple quite well. Being able to park right outside the room made loading and unloading a breeze, keeping our stuff safe from the chaos inside.
Our stay included some notable discomforts. The walls felt paper-thin, allowing us to hear conversations from outside and fellow guests—making insomnia a potential issue. Additionally, a rather high amount of noise from passing cars revving their engines kept us on edge. The entrance features a gang fence that appears more for show than actual security, which felt unsettling. Cleanliness left much to be desired. the bathroom had cracking and wear that gave off an unkempt vibe, hinting at poor maintenance over time. Overall, the atmosphere struck me as a bit dodgy, with drug-related activities suspected around the area. The room could greatly benefit from a thorough clean and some TLC.
